- Pelletizing furnace is the most important process equipment of the factory, which is responsible for curing and strengthening the raw pellets. In this project, the design, supply and construction of the pellet furnace has been carried out based on the production capacity of the factory, process requirements and international standards in order to provide suitable conditions for the production of high quality pellets.
- The design process includes performing thermal calculations, analyzing mechanical loads, designing supporting structures, checking thermal expansion, selecting materials resistant to high temperatures, and preparing executive plans. After completing the design, the main and side parts of the furnace are manufactured using advanced equipment and strict quality control.
- All parts are prepared for installation and operation after dimensional inspections, welding quality control, non-destructive tests and checking technical specifications. The correct design of the oven has led to uniform distribution of heat, increased cooking efficiency, reduced fuel consumption and increased quality of the final product. The implementation of this project shows the ability to design and manufacture heavy thermal equipment, manage complex industrial projects and implement key equipment in the steel and mining industries.
Design, supply, and construction of industrial chimneys
- The industrial chimney is one of the main equipment of the process gas system of the pellet factory, which is responsible for the safe transfer and discharge of the exhaust gases resulting from the baking process. In this project, the design, supply and construction of the industrial chimney has been carried out in compliance with process requirements, environment and engineering standards.
- Chimney design is based on exhaust gas flow rate, working temperature, system pressure, climatic conditions and operational requirements, and all calculations related to structure resistance, wind load, thermal loads and structural stability have been done. Also, in the selection of material, corrosion resistance, thermal shocks and environmental conditions have been considered as the main criteria.
- After construction, all parts are subjected to quality control, weld inspection, dimensional tests and technical tests and are prepared for installation at the project site. In addition to creating proper suction in the system, the basic design of the chimney has improved the performance of the furnace, reduced pressure drop, effective discharge of process gases and compliance with environmental requirements. This project shows the technical ability in designing and building high-rise industrial structures and process equipment of steel industries.
Design, supply and manufacture of pelletizing equipment for Bahabad

This part of the project includes the design, supply and construction of process and mechanical equipment for the pellet making of Bahabad, which play an important role in the integrated operation of production lines and the pellet baking process. The designed equipment includes a set of structures, gas transmission equipment, mechanical equipment, metal parts and auxiliary equipment needed for the pelletizing unit, which are produced in full compliance with technical standards and operational requirements.

In the design phase, all equipment is engineered based on production capacity, process conditions, operating loads, maintenance requirements, and coordination with other plant departments. Then the manufacturing operation is carried out using standard raw materials, industrial machinery and precise processes of cutting, assembling and welding, and all parts are subjected to quality control and technical inspections.

Supplying equipment from reliable sources, complying with quality requirements, fully complying with engineering documents and preparing for installation have been the most important features of this project. The implementation of this part of the project increases the reliability of the equipment, improves the efficiency of the production process, reduces maintenance costs, and increases the useful life of the equipment, and it demonstrates the ability to implement large projects of designing and manufacturing equipment for the steel, mining, and pellet industries.

The Bahabad Pelletizing Plant Furnace and Chimney Project is one of the most critical components of the 4-million-ton-per-year pelletizing facility, playing a fundamental role in the induration and hardening process of iron ore pellets. The project encompassed the engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation of the main furnace, chimney, and associated process equipment. It was executed using advanced engineering expertise, international standards, and state-of-the-art technologies employed in the steel industry.
The project covered all phases of execution, including basic and detailed engineering design, preparation of engineering documentation, material selection, equipment fabrication, quality control, transportation, installation, and commissioning preparation through a fully integrated approach. All equipment was designed and manufactured to withstand extremely high operating temperatures, mechanical loads, thermal expansion, and continuous operating conditions, ensuring maximum production efficiency while extending equipment service life.
